Basic Estate Planning
Our Basic Package includes the five most fundamental documents needed for someone to have basic protection: Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Living Will(Directive to Physicians and Family), Medical Power of Attorney, and HIPPA Authorization.
Individuals: $700.00
Partners: $1,000.00
*Please note each partner will separately fill out their own Estate Questionnaire form.
Simple Family Plan
Our fundamental package offers peace of mind to parents by covering fundamental legal services such as: Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Living Will(Directive to Physicians and Family), Medical Power of Attorney, HIPPA Authorization, and Guardianship Nominations.
Individuals: $1,000.00
Partners: $1,400.00
